Google Certifications

Are these Google certifications worth anything? The advertising algorithms seem to think I would be interested in. There are circumstances under which I might be (good job, ad algorithms!) if they are worth anything. (We'll see how the python self-study shakes out first.)

I've never heard of these, which may or may not mean something. :-) Some certifications seem to be used as quick filters, while others are more of a substitute for being able to show past experience in a field. I don't know if these are used by anybody as either.
