writerkitI have a story up in the current issue of The Future Fire. Mine is "Make of Me a Comet" and it's about what the art scene does to a person when you're chasing fame too hard, and what it's like being the very ordinary and somewhat worried friend of someone whose passions are that driving.
Also they have had it illustrated. I did not realize "first illustrated story" was a milestone I was getting this year-- indeed I did not realize it was a milestone I wanted-- but I'm so delighted with the result! Cécile Matthey has done a magnificent job.
