There wasn't even a *test* for penis-havers when I had it (I don't know if they've developed one since), which meant that while we knew my partner at the time probably also had it, there was no way to determine that for certain and no way to determine when he'd cleared it, which made "What disclosures does he need to make to potential partners" very confusing for a while.
